The IC350 is a limited edition Iceman series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1994. It was made in Japan by FujiGen.

The IC350 features a mahogany body mated to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and mother of pearl / abalone dot position markers. Components include a Edge double locking tremolo bridge and a pair Ibanez V6F humbucking pickups in the neck and bridge positions, an Ivory pickguard and Gotoh tuning machines

Another model with the same name with different specs was produced simultaneously in South Korea and sold in other markets.

The IC350 was discontinued after 1995.
