Hoshino USA or Hoshino (U.S.A.) Inc. is the U.S. distribution channel for Hoshino Gakki, including the Ibanez brand. It has its headquarters in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
History[]
In 1971, Hoshino Gakki purchased Elgar Co. to provide distribution of its products in the American market. In 1980 the name was changed to Hoshino (U.S.A.) Incorporated, though it is generally referred to simply as "Hoshino USA". An office was opened in Los Angeles, California, in 1987.
