The HRG1FM (or HRG01FM) is an RG series solid body electric guitar introduced by Ibanez in 2004. It was made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the high end J Custom line. The HRG1FM was a spot model created exclusively for the Japanese retailer Ikebe Gakki.
The HRG1FM features a mahogany body with a flame maple top bolted to a maple and bubinga neck with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard with flame maple binding and mother of pearl Tree of Life inlay. Components include DiMarzio pickups with a pair of humbuckers flanking a single-coil, an Edge Pro double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines.
The HRG1 is a similar model with a quilted maple top. The RG8670 is a similar regular production model with violet chrome hardware.
