Gotoh Strap Locker or SLR is a type of guitar or bass strap pin. They are installed on several high-end Ibanez models. They are manufactured by the G-GOTOH Gut Co., Ltd. in Japan.
Strap Locker pins consist of two components: the pin which is screwed into the guitar body and the button which is attached to the guitar strap. The button connects to the screw and is secured by a thumb screw thus providing a solid physical connection between the strap and the guitar. These strap locks prevent the accidental decoupling of the strap.
