The GWB35FD is a five string solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez in 2015. It is a signature model for American jazz fusion bassist Gary Willis. It was produced in Indonesia.

The GWB35FD features an SR series double-cutaway basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard with offset white dot position markers. Components include an SFR-GWB passive soapbar bass pickup with an EQB-GWII preamp with a two-band EQ, a Standard 5 bridge with 16.5mm string spacing, a removable finger rest/ramp, a plastic nut and Gotoh tuners with custom Sure Grip buttons.

The GWB35 is a similar fretless model.

The GWB35FD was discontinued after 2016.
