The GSR200M is a Soundgear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2012. It was produced Indonesia as part of the entry level GIO line. It was sold only in the USA market.
The GSR200M features a double-cutaway agathis body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret maple fingerboard with black dot position markers. Controls consist of individual volumes for each pickup, a shared tone, and a shared Phat EQ control.
The GSR205M is a five string version. The GSR200 is a similar model with a dark fretboard (rosewood, jatoba, treated New Zealand pine or purpleheart depending on the year and market).
