The GSR185 is a five string Soundgear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez in mid-2025. It is produced in China as part of the entry level GIO line.

The GSR185 features a double-cutaway okoume body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret purpleheart fingerboard with white dot position markers and a black headstock. Components include a pair of Ibanez Dynamix H passive humbucking pickups, a B15 bridge with 16.5mm string spacing, a plastic nut, Ibanez tuning machines, and chrome hardware.

The GSR180 and GSR186 four string and six string versions, respectively.
