The GRX720 is a seven string RX series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2001. It was made in both China and Indonesia as part of the entry-level GIO line.

The GRX720 features an agathis or alder body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include a pair of humbucking pickups mounted in a black pickguard and a synchronized tremolo bridge. The specs of this guitar differed slightly in various markets including one version with a 2-point TZ-30 tremolo and another with a 6-screw standard tremolo.

The GRX720 was one of the least expensive seven string models Ibanez has produced. It was also sold as part of the IJS720 Jumpstart package which included a practice amp and various accessories.

The GRX20 is a similar six-string model.

The GRX720 was discontinued after 2004.
