The GRX45 is an RX series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2000. It is part of the entry-level GIO line. It was made in Indonesia.

The GRX45 features an agathis or basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays. Components include Ibanez pickups with a humbucker mounted in a pickup ring at the bridge an a pair of single-coils in the neck and middle positions and a six-screw synchronized tremolo bridge.

The GRX40 is a similar model with a pickguard.
