The GRX22EXL is a left-handed RX series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late 2019. It is produced in China as part of the entry-level GIO line.

The GRX22EXL features a poplar body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret jatoba fretboard with white dot position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez Infinity R humbucking pickups mounted in pickup rings, and a six-screw synchronized tremolo bridge and plastic nut.

The GRX22EX is a right-handed version.
