The GRX170L is a left-handed RX series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2003. It is part of the entry-level GIO line.

The GRX170L features an agathis body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include dual Ibanez humbucking pickups flanking an Ibanez single coil pickup and a non-locking synchronized tremolo bridge.

The GRX170 is a right-handed version.

The GRX170L was produced for only a single year.
