The GRX170 is an RX series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2003. It was made in Indonesia as part of the entry-level GIO line.

The GRX170 features an agathis body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include Ibanez Powersound pickups with a pair of humbuckers flanking a single-coil and a FAT-10 synchronized tremolo bridge.

The GRX170L is a left-handed version.

The GRX170 was produced for only a single year.
