The GRX150 is an RX series solid body electric guitar model offered by Ibanez. It was made in China as part of the entry-level GIO line. This version was introduced in 2018 with several changes from the previous model.
The GRX150 features a poplar body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret treated New Zealand pine fingerboard with white dot position markers. Components include Ibanez Infinity R pickups mounted in a black pearloid pickguard with a pair of humbuckers flanking a single-coil, an Ibanez T106 synchronized tremolo bridge, and Ibanez die-cast tuning machines.
The GRX140 is a similar model with a single coil pickup in the neck position and a white pearloid pickguard. The GRX6SP1 is a similar spot model with an art grain exotic wood veneer top.
The GRX150 was discontinued in 2019, but another version was introduced for 2021.
