The GRGR120EX is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2017. It was made in China as part of the entry-level GIO line. It is a spot model which is not listed in the catalogs.

The GRGR120EX features a poplar body bolted to a maple neck with a reverse headstock and a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with reverse sharktooth position markers. Components include a synchronized tremolo bridge and dual Ibanez Infinity R humbucking pickups.

For 2018 the tremolo was replaced with the new T102 tremolo.

The GRGR121EX was a similar model with a fixed bridge that was produced previously. The GRG120ZW is a similar model with a standard headstock, a zebrawood top and dot inlays.

The GRGR120EX was discontinued after 2019.
