The GRGA42QA is an RGA series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2011. It was made in China as part of the entry level GIO line.

The GRGA42QA features a quilted art grain top on a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include dual EMG Hz passive covered humbucking pickups and a fixed bridge.

The GRGA42TQA is a similar model with a double locking tremolo bridge.

The GRGA42TQA was one of only a few RGA models to be offered after 2013. It was discontinued after 2015.
