The GRG6SP1 is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2018. It was made in China as part of the entry-level GIO line. The GRG6SP1 is a spot model for Mogu Music Education and is available only in China.

The GRG6SP1 features a poplar body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret treated New Zealand pine fingerboard with binding sharktooth position markers. Components include Ibanez Infinity R pickups mounted in an aluminum pickguard with a pair of humbuckers flanking a single-coil and a FAT-10 synchronized tremolo bridge.

For 2019 the T102 tremolo replaced the FAT-10.

The GRG150DX is a nearly identical regular production model.

The GRG6SP1 was discontinued in 2019.
