The GRG20Z is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2013. It is part of the entry-level GIO line. It was a spot model which was made in China and sold exclusively by the US retail chains Guitar Center and Musician's Friend.

The GRG20Z features a poplar body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with white dot position markers. Components include dual Ibanez Infinity humbucking pickups mounted in pickup rings and a standard tremolo bridge.

This model or one that was very similar was offered as part of the IJRG220Z Jumpstart kit.

The GRG20Z was discontinued in 2017.
