The GRG120QH is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2019. It is made in China as part of the entry-level GIO line.

The GRG120QH features a quilted ash top on a poplar body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret treated New Zealand pine fingerboard with white dot position markers. Components include an Ibanez T102 two-point synchronized tremolo bridge, a pair of Ibanez Infinity R humbucking pickups, a plastic nut, and Ibanez die-cast tuning machines.

For 2020 the fretboard was changed to purpleheart.
