The GRG120EX is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2010. It was part of the entry-level GIO line and was a spot model which never appeared in a catalog.

The GRG120EX features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with sharktooth position markers. Components include a pair of covered Ibanez humbucking pickups and a synchronized tremolo bridge.
