The GR6 is an Andorra series classical acoustic guitar model intoduced by Ibanez for 1985. It was handmade in Japan as part of the Andorra Recital series.

The GR6 features a classical body shape with a solid cedar top on solid rosewood back and sides. The soundhole is round and trimmed with an intricate inlaid wood rosette. It has a mahogany neck, a 19-fret ebony fingerboard with a rosewood headstock. Components include a none compensated bone saddle in a polished mahogany bridge with a tie block, a bone nut, and chrome plated tuning machine with pearloid buttons.

The GR8 is a similar model with solid spruce top.

The GR6 was offered only in 1985.
