The GR520 is a Ghostrider series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1994. It was produced in South Korea by Samick in its first two years of production. For 1996, production was moved to Cort.
The GR520 features an alder body with a carved maple top with binding mated to a set-in mahogany neck with a 22-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with block inlays. Components include dual Ibanez Infinity humbucking pickups and a Full Tune fixed bridge and tailpiece.
The GR520 was discontinued after 1996 along with the entire Ghostrider line.
