The GAX30EX is an AX series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2007. It is part of the affordable GIO line. It is sold as part of the IJX30Jumpstart package also containing a practice amp and various accessories.
Features of the GAX30EX include a mahogany body, dual covered Ibanez Axis humbucking pickups and a standard hard-tail bridge. A similar model with open humbuckers is known as the GAX30.
