The GART30B is an ART series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2011. It is produced in China as part of the entry-level GIO line.
As the most affordable ART model it is somewhat different from the other ART models in terms of specifications. The differences include a bolt-on neck (instead of set-in), a flat topped basswood body and maple neck instead of mahogany.
The GART30B was also offered as part of the IJX25 and IJX125 Jumpstart packages which also included an amplifier, gig bag, strap, tuner and picks. It replaced the GART30 which is very similar except it has chrome hardware.
The GART30B was discontinued after 2012.
