The GA39TCE is a GA series classical acoustic/ electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in mid-2024. It was produced in Indonesia.

The GA39TCE features a thin classical body with a Venetian cutaway constructed of a laminated spruce top with fan bracing on mahogany sides and back with a gloss finish. The soundhole is round with a classical mosaic decal rosette. The mahogany neck joins the body at the 14^th fret and has a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard with offset abalone dot position markers. Components include an ivory plastic saddle in a rosewood bridge, a plastic nut, gold classical tuning machines and nylon strings. A gig bag is included.

The GA39TCE's electronics consist of an Ibanez under saddle pickup mated to an AEQ210T preamp with onboard tuner powered by a 9V battery and feeding balanced XLR and ¼" stereo outputs.

The GA35TCE is a related model with sapele construction and a walnut bridge and fretboard.

The GA39TCE was discontinued after 2025.
