The G208CWC is an eight string G series classical guitar model introduced by Ibanez in mid-2014. It is made in China.
The G208CWC features a classical body with a Venetian cutaway and a solid German spruce top with fan bracing on mahogany sides and two-piece back with a gloss finish. The soundhole is round with a classical mosaic decal rosette. It has a mahogany neck with a 19-fret rosewood fingerboard with no inlays and a slotted headstock. Components include a bone saddle in a rosewood bridge, a bone nut, gold classical tuning machines with black posts and buttons, and Savarez nylon strings. A hardshell case is included.
The G207CWC is a seven string version.
The G208CWC was discontinued after 2017.
