The RT650GF is an RT series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1992. The RT series was a "retro" version of the RG. Instead of a locking tremolo and high-output pickups, it featured a more traditional appearance and sound.

The RT650GF features an alder body with a gravure flame top bolted to a maple Viper neck with a traditional profile and a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include Ibanez Vintage pickups with a pair of humbuckers (which can be coil-split) flanking a single-coil, a TZ synchronized tremolo bridge and Gotoh locking machine heads.

The RT650GF was listed as the RT650 in the 1993 US catalog with GFB (Gravure Flame Blue) and GFR (Gravure Flame Red) as finishes.
