The JS1600 is a JS series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2008. It is a signature model of American guitarist Joe Satriani. It is the sixth hard-tail JS model and was made in Japan by FujiGen.

It features a mahogany body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with abalone dot position markers. Components include a pair of DiMarzio humbucking pickups and a Gotoh GTC101 fixed bridge.

The JS1600 was discontinued after 2010.
