The RGR652FM is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2018. It is made in Japan by FujiGen as part of the Prestige line. The RGR652FM is a spot model which was sold exclusively by American retailer The Axe Palace.
The RGR652FM features a flame maple top with white binding on a mahogany body bolted to a maple and wenge neck with a 24-fret dark rosewood fingerboard with small offset white dot position markers. Components include a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge, dual DiMarzio humbucking pickups and Gotoh locking tuning machines.
The RGR752FM is a similar seven string model. The RG652AHM is a related regular production model with an ash body, a standard headstock and an Edge tremolo.
The RGR652FM was sold only in 2018 and it is believed that as few as twelve examples were produced.
