The AX520 is an AX series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2000. It was made in Japan by FujiGen and sold exclusively in Japan.

The AX520 features a crystal cut AX-style double cutaway mahogany body mated to a set-in maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and split block position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez Super 58 humbucking pickups with individual volume and tone controls, Short Stop II integrated fixed bridge, Sure Grip knobs and Gotoh machine heads.

The AX520 was discontinued after 2002.
