The RG192B is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1999.

The RG192B features a basswood body with a bound flamed maple top bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret bound rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include a synchronized tremolo bridge and dual Ibanez humbucking pickups.

The RG120B is a less deluxe model without the quilted top and binding.

The RG192B was replaced later in 1999 with the RG198QM which has a quilted maple top and a middle single coil pickup.
