The FRIX7FEAH is a seven string FR series solid body electric guitar introduced by Ibanez in 2017. It was produced in Indonesia as part of the metal-focused Iron Label line. It was sold only in the United States.
The FRIX7FEAH features an ash top on a mahogany body bolted to a maple and bubinga Nitro Wizard neck with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard with binding and no inlays. Components include dual EMG active humbucking pickups, a Gibraltar Standard II-7 hard-tail bridge, Gotoh locking tuners and a kill switch.
For 2018 the maple and bubinga neck was replaced by a maple and purpleheart construction and luminescent side dots were added. For 2019 the mahogany body was replaced with nyatoh.
The FRIX6FEAH is a similar six string model.
