The FR420 is an FR series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2013. It was produced in Indonesia.
The FR420 features an ash body bolted a maple Wizard III neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers. Components include a Tight End fixed bridge, a new version of the Ibanez Calm Crusher humbucking pickups and a tortoise shell pickguard.
The FR320 is similar except it has a mahogany body.
The FR420 was discontinued after 2014.
