The F302 features a dreadnought body with spruce top on mahogany back and sides. The round soundhole is trimmed with pearloid multi-line rosette and a tortoise pickguard. The mahogany neck with adjustable truss rod has a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl split block position markers and a rosewood headstock. Components include a Tru-Tune saddle on a rosewood bridge, a bone nut, and chrome covered machine heads.

The F300 is a similar six-string model.
