The EDB400 is an Ergodyne series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2006. It was produced in Indonesia by Cor-Tek.

The EDB400 features an ergonomic shaped double-cutaway basswood body with curved back and scooped front bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers, side dots, a graphite nut and a black headstock. Components include a set of Ibanez DXH-M passive pickups on the neck and bridge positions with and an active Phat EQ, an Accu-cast B10 fixed bridge with 19mm string, Ibanez Die-cast machine heads and chrome hardware.

The EDB405 is a similar five string version.

The EDB400 was discontinued after 2008.
