The DWB3 is a solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2003. It is a signature model for American bassist Doug Wimbish who is known primarily for his work with the rock band Living Colour and his work with the seminal hip-hop outfit The Sugarhill Gang. It was produced in South Korea by Cort.

The DWB3 features neck through body construction with a maple and bubinga neck mated to ash wings in a shape based on the Soundgear series. It has a 24-fret quartersawn bubinga fingerboard with pearl and abalone oval position markers. Components include a pair of EMG active pickups with a J-style pickup at the bridge and a P-style at the neck, a custom 2-band preamp, an Accucast bridge, a brass nut and Hipshot open gear tuning machines.

The DWB35 is a five string version.

The DWB3 was discontinued after 2006.
