Canine[]

Canine
Brand: Bare Knuckle
Construction: Humbucker
Magnet: Alnico V (?)
Output: Vintage Hot (?)
Used in: RG90BKP
Description: The Canine pickup is a bit of a mystery as the product doesn't appear on Bare Knuckle's website. In fact, they don't list any 9-string pickups on their site, so this is likely to be custom made for Ibanez. Based on the name, the Canine is believed to be a nine-string version of Bare Knuckle's Black Dog pickup.[3]

Nailbomb[]

Construction: Humbucker
Position: Neck
Magnet: Alnico V
Output: Contemporary

BareKnuckle Nailbomb neck
Description: The perfect synergy of old-school and modern rock tones in a high output humbucker with Alnico V magnets. From hot, fat blues rock through to aggressive thrash, the Nailbomb explodes with a strong and commanding voice. Contemporary players will take advantage of the full bore reaction of the pickup on full tilt; older school players will enjoy the range of classic tones and response using the volume pot to clean up.

The Nailbomb neck humbucker has a woody and bright character when used clean; add overdrive and the tone tightens up for a focused and precise attack.

Available in six-, seven- and eight-string designs.[4]

Nailbomb (bridge)

Construction: Humbucker
Position: Bridge
Magnet: Alnico V (ceramic option available)
Output: Contemporary

BareKnuckle Nailbomb bridge
Description: The perfect synergy of old-school and modern rock tones in a high output humbucker with Alnico V magnets. From hot, fat blues rock through to aggressive thrash, the Nailbomb explodes with a strong and commanding voice. Contemporary players will take advantage of the full bore reaction of the pickup on full tilt; older school players will enjoy the range of classic tones and response using the volume pot to clean up.

The default Alnico V magnet offers up a huge, deep bottom end with rich, throaty mid range and warm highs. The bridge ceramic magnet option adds more output, tightens the bass response and smoothes the mid range slightly with a brighter cut in the high end, whilst retaining the core voice of the humbucker.

Available in six-, seven- and eight-string designs.[4]
