The BTB series is a line of solid body electric bass models produced by Hoshino Gakki under the Ibanez brand.
BTB is an acronym for "Boutique Bass", The BTB series represents one of the nine Ibanez bass families.
Since 1999 BTB basses was conceived to provide features of a boutique instrument at an affordable price for the masses. Counting with Select-grade materials, neck-thru construction, and top quality components, all in a meticulously crafted instrument.
In November 2023 Ibanez introduces bassist Steve Di Giorgio as the first BTB signature artist with the SDGB1 model.
