The BTB770PB is a BTB series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2009. It was produced by the Cor-Tek factory in Indonesia as part of the Standard line.
The BTB770PB features neck through body construction on a mahogany wing body with poplar burl top attached to a maple and bubinga neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl abalone dot position markers and white side dots. The body has a double cutaway design with very distinctive, narrow, curving horns. Components include a pair of Bartolini MK2-4 pickups with a Bartolini MK2 3-band EQ, a MR-2 bridge with 19mm string spacing, a locking Neutrik stereo output jack, a plastic nut and die-cast tuning machines.
The BTB775PB and BTB776PB are similar five and six string models.
