The BTB570FM is a BTB series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2008. It was produced by the Cor-Tek factory in Indonesia as part of the Standard line.
The BTB570FM features neck through body construction with figured maple top on mahogany body attached to a maple and bubinga neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers and white side dots. The body has a double cutaway design with very distinctive, narrow, curving horns. Components include a pair of Bartolini MK2-4 pickups with a Bartolini MK2 3-band EQ, a MR-2 bridge with 19mm string spacing, a locking Neutrik stereo output jack, a graphite nut and die-cast tuning machines.
The BTB575FM is a similar five string model. The BTB576FM is a similar six string model.
