The BTB475AH is a five string BTB series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2013. It was produced in Indonesia as part of the Standard line. It was offered for sale only in the Americas & Oceania market.
The BTB475AH features neck through body construction with ash wings attached to a maple and bubinga neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with abalone dot position markers. The body has a double cutaway design with very distinctive, narrow, curving horns. Components include a pair of Ibanez CAP-EXF passive pickups with an Ibanez EQB-IIID preamp with a three-band EQ, individually mounted Mono-rail II bridges with 19mm string spacing, a locking Neutrik ¼" stereo output jack, a plastic nut and Ibanez tuning machines.
The HBTB475AH is a similar spot model with a Transparent Black finish. The BTB675 is a related model with a walnut top and different electronics.
