The BTB456QM is a six string BTB series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2006. It was produced by World Musical Instrument Co. in Incheon South Korea as part of the Standard line.

The BTB456QM features basswood body with quilted maple top bolted to a maple and walnut neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with abalone dot position markers and white side dots. The body has a double cutaway design with very distinctive, narrow, curving horns. Components include a pair of Bartolini MK1-6 pickups with a Vari-Mid IIIB 3-band EQ, stainless steel frets, Mono-rail bridges with 17mm string spacing, a locking Neutrik stereo output jack, a plastic nut and die-cast tuning machines.

The BTB450QM is a similar four string model. The BTB455QM is a similar five string model.

The BTB456QM was discontinued after 2007.
