The BTB305BG is a five string BTB series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2004. It was produced by World Musical Instrument Co. in Incheon South Korea as part of the Standard line.
The BTB305BG features mahogany body bubinga top bolted to a maple and walnut neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers and white side dots. The body has a double cutaway design with very distinctive, narrow, curving horns. Components include a pair of Ibanez SPJ-5 passive pickups with a EQB-IIB 2-Band preamp EQ, medium frets, Mono-rail bridges with 19mm string spacing, a locking Neutrik stereo output jack, a graphite nut and die-cast tuning machines.
