The BTB09LTD is a limited edition BTB series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 2009. It was produced in China.
The BTB09LTD features a mahogany body bolted to a maple and walnut neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot position markers and white side dots. The body has a double cutaway design with very distinctive, narrow, curving horns. Components include a pair of Ibanez DX4 passive pickups with a Phat II preamp, an Accu-cast B100 bridge with 19mm string spacing, a side mounted ¼" output jack, a plastic nut, and die-cast tuning machines.
The BTB200 is a similar regular production model without a plain finish. The BTB07LTD & BTB08LTD are another limited edition BTB models introduced the previous years.
