The BL850 is a Blazer series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1997. The Blazer series is a line of guitars with styling similar to the Fender Stratocaster.

The BL850 features an alder body bolted to quartersawn hard rock maple multi-radius neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include an Ibanez humbucking pickup in the bridge position and two Ibanez single coil pickups in the middle and neck positions along with a Gotoh synchronized tremolo bridge.

The BL825 is a similar model with different pickups. The BL840 is a similar model with a single coil pickup in the neck position and gold hardware.

The BL850 was discontinued after just one year.
