The BL470 is a Blazer series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1981. The Blazer series is a line of guitars with styling similar to the Fender Stratocaster which were made in Japan by Dyna Gakki.

The BL470 features a birch and basswood body bolted to a rock maple neck with a 21-fret maple fingerboard with black dot position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez V2 humbucking pickups mounted in a white pickguard with a phase switch, a brass tremolo bridge and Smooth Tuner II machine heads.

The BL450 is a similar model with a pair of single coil pickups.

The BL470 was discontinued after 1982 along with the entire Blazer line.
