The Artcore Custom series is a line of semi-acoustic hollow body and semi-hollow body electric guitars produced for Hoshino Gakki and sold under the Ibanez brand. The Artcore Custom series was introduced for 2005.
The Artcore Custom series represented the high end of semi-acoustic instruments for 2005, replacing the short-lived Artcore United series which was offered only in 2004. The Artcore Custom series remained the flagship series until the introduction of the Artcore Solid Top series for 2010. The Artcore Custom series continued through 2012 after which it was supplanted by the Artcore Expressionist series as the mid-tier hollow-body line.
