The AZ2407F is an AZ series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2023. It is produced in Japan by Fujigen as part of the upscale Prestige line.
The AZ2407F features a 4mm thick flamed maple top on a basswood body bolted to an S-Tech roasted maple oval C shaped neck with an S-Tech roasted maple fingerboard with 24 stainless steel frets, abalone dot position markers and luminescent side dots. Components include DiMarzio pickups with Air Norton and The Tone Zone humbuckers flanking a True Velvet single-coil, a Gotoh T1502S two-point synchronized tremolo bridge with steel saddles, an oil-impregnated bone nut, an angled output jack, and Gotoh locking tuning machines.
Unlike most other AZ models preceding it, the AZ2407F has a simple 5-way pickup selector with no "Alter" switch.
