The AXF74 is an Artcore series hollow body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late 2003. It was made in China.
The AXF74 has a compact, arched top, flat back, full-hollow body which offers the warm tones of a full-hollow design without the bulk. It features an laminated maple top with ƒ holes and ivory multi-binding on maple back and sides mated to a set-in mahogany neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with ivory binding and pearloid block position markers. Components include a pair of Ibanez Artcore humbucking pickups with chrome covers mounted in ivory pickup rings, an ART-1 Tune-o-matic style bridge with a chrome trapeze tailpiece, a plastic nut, speed knobs, and Ibanez tuning machines with half moon buttons.
The AXD71 is a related model with a semi-hollow, single cutaway body.
