AW8012 Natural High Gloss Red copyright sprite

The AW8012 is a 12-string Artwood series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2015. It was made in China.

The AW8012 features a dreadnought body shape with a solid Sitka spruce top with X bracing and ivory binding on mahogany back and sides with a gloss finish. The soundhole is round with a simple black and white ABS rosette and a black pickguard. It has a satin finished mahogany neck with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard with small white dot position markers. Components include an ivory plastic saddle in a rosewood bridge with black Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a plastic nut, and chrome tuning machines.

The AW8012 was discontinued in 2016.
