The AW75 is a 12-strings Artwood series acoustic guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 1979. It was hand-made in Japan.
The AW75 features a dreadnought body with solid german spruce top on mahogany back and sides. The round soundhole is trimmed with fancy rosette and a solid rosewood pickguard. The selected mahogany neck with adjustable truss rod has a 20-fret ebony fingerboard with pear dot position markers and a ebony headstock. Components include a Tru-Tune saddle on a ebony bridge, a bone nut and chrome velve tune machine heads.
For 1981 the machine heads was changed to Smooth tuner.
The AW70 is a similar model six-strings model. The AW95 is a similar model with solid rosewood back.
